We offer exchange policies, if your products is not as described then you can get it exchanged, but it must be dispatched back to us within 3 days after you receive it. All the return charges and shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Jackets/ Coats cannot be exchanged or refunded due to size issue. So please make sure to check your size correctly provided to us.

Payment are accepted via Paypal, Western union or money gram. Paypal details are mentioned along side in each check out of the product. However, if you wish to send money via western union or money gram then please ask us for the details.

Once the order is placed and the payment is made, If it is cowhide then shipped within 2 working days. If any made to order item then it require a week to 10 working days.

Brazilian Cowhides are shipped from Canada. While rest of the items are made and shipped from Pakistan.

For Brazilian cowhides. Canada Post is used. While for other made to order items, DHL or Fedex is used. Tracking is provided in every case.
